Musharraf consulted all provincial governors before declaring emergency: Ishrat-ul-Ibad

KARACHI- In his statement to Federal Investigation Agency (FIA), Governor of Sindh Dr Ishrat-ul-Ibad has said that former President and General (retd) Pervez Mushraff had consulted all the provincial governors before declaring emergency on Novermber 3, 2007 in the country.
